About Us

Pa i Mel is a non-profit association founded in Sa Pobla in 1996.

We work for a more just, equitable and supportive society. We accompany people and families in situations of vulnerability, offering safe spaces, trainings, and community support. We believed in working with proximity, respect and connection. Because each person counts, and all have the right to grow together.

Our Team

We are an interdisciplinary team trained in the fields of social care, humanities, and education, a base that allows us to approach each project with a comprehensive and humane perspective. Beyond our technical expertise, we are defined by a deep dedication and commitment to working from real proximity with communities. We believe in one-on-one support, where active listening and respect are the values that guide every step we take. We are a team that believes in the value of people and that puts all its effort into building relationships of trust and projects with a transformative and lasting social impact.
